Return, Exchange and Logistics Terms

1. Logistics - Free Shipping Rule
Free global standard shipping applies to orders of USD 500 or above, covering regular order delivery and re-delivery for quality-related issues, excluding special fees like expedited shipping and surcharges for remote areas.

2. Logistics - Order Delivery & Tracking
An order takes effect upon successful payment, and we will arrange shipment within the time stated on the product detail page (pre-sale products follow the marked delivery cycle).
Logistics information is subject to the tracking records of our cooperative logistics provider; we offer logistics inquiry assistance but shall not be liable for lost, damaged or delayed parcels caused by force majeure or logistics provider errors.

3. Logistics - Cross-border Tax & Extra Charges
The customer shall bear all cross-border-related taxes (e.g. import duties, VAT) in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country/region; we do not handle tax payment on behalf of customers.

4. Return & Exchange - Eligibility
No return or exchange is accepted for non-quality issues. Customized stationery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are quality defects, for which customers must contact customer service with supporting documents for verification within 7 days of receipt.

5. Return & Exchange - Quality-related Arrangements
Free return and exchange service is provided for quality defects, including a full refund of the order payment and the actual shipping fee paid. Customers must contact customer service to apply for return or exchange in advance.

6. Return & Exchange - Product Requirements & Refund Timing
Returned or exchanged items must be unused, with intact original packaging and complete accessories. We will process the refund via the original payment method or arrange an exchange within 5-15 working days after the items pass our inspection.

7. Exemptions Related to Logistics & Returns
We are not liable for failed normal services or delayed delivery due to force majeure (natural disasters, policy restrictions, network failures, logistics suspension, etc.), but will notify customers promptly when possible.
We shall not be liable for failed customs clearance or delivery caused by uncontrollable factors (destination customs policies, logistics restrictions, local network environment), and only assist with refund applications excluding incurred shipping fees and taxes.
Minor differences between actual items and online images due to display color deviation or shooting light are not deemed quality issues, and we accept no liability for related return or exchange requests.
